Hi, I’m Laurence. I see health and fitness through a slightly unique lens, working as both a paramedic and a personal trainer. I’ve seen first-hand what can happen when health gets pushed to the side and it’s a big part of why I do what I do.
My approach blends the clinical with the practical.
It’s about moving well, building strength,
and taking care of your body in a way that
actually fits into real life. I focus on injury prevention,
improving movement, and helping you feel stronger
and more capable day to day.
I’m big on the details when it comes to movement, but I also believe training should be enjoyable. The goal isn’t just to perform better, it’s to feel better, have more energy, and genuinely enjoy the process along the way.
